My Work

All my work is centred on inclusivity and decoloniality

I offer a range of tailored services, including:

Developing systems change and organisational strategies

Strategy design processes using participatory and inclusive methods; systems mapping and visioning; creating scale pathways for innovations and networks; embedding decolonial and locally-led approaches

Design work (user-centred, participatory)

Designing and delivering services, products, initiatives and programmes that tackle root causes through holistic systems change – identifying leverage points, centring equity, embedding sustainability, and enabling lasting impact

Capacity strengthening and training

Tailored learning journeys and training on systems thinking, innovation methods, innovation analysis, scaling strategies that strengthen organisational capacity.

Support to embed systems thinking, innovation and decolonial approaches.

Facilitation

Skilled facilitation of workshops, co-creation sessions, and communities of practice (online and in-person)
